Surf a site with no browser at all n that to in the desktop background

Write it in a notepad the following

remove space

Now save it as abc.html [say]

now ri8 clik n open properties. Go to desktop n select the abc.html as background image n hit ok

now wid ur net connections on u can easily surf this site in desktop background.

In order to retain the original jst goto start>contol pannel>display> n here change the desktop background image
